2022-2023 Scholarship Application

The 2022-2023 academic year Scholarship Application is now available. Click here to download and complete your copy.

Applications may be completed electronically in the PDF form, however, it must be printed and submitted to the Foundation. Applications will be received via USPS or dropped off at one of the Foundation’s in-person drop off times/locations.

Applications and all supporting documents must be received by the Foundation by February 7, 2023.

PLEASE NOTE: The Foundation cannot be responsible for postal delays. Applications dropped off at the post office counter are not immediately placed in our P.O. Box; they require significant turnaround time before they reach the Foundation. Please plan accordingly. Early submission is encouraged. Recent changes in Post Office service standards may significantly delay delivery of mailed applications. As such, we are also accepting in-person deliveries of applications at the following times and locations:

A drop box will be located in the SPFHS guidance department through February 7th at 3 PM.

In-person drop offs will also be accepted on February 7th from 4-8 PM ONLY at 2 Carri Farm Court, Scotch Plains. Do NOT mail applications to this address.
